Here is a little Cruzbike/Zwift history as I know it.
Cruzbike has been part of Zwift since almost the very beginning. The Cruzbike Racing Team's ZwiftPower sheet lists 95 members, although not all are currently active. We have remained a small but very active group, not only using the Zwift platform but also contributing to its growth through years of racing.
Our members range from the D to A categories. To my knowledge, our highest-ranked rider ever was Jason Perez, who I believe reached the A+ level at one time. I don't know Mattew Lefthands rank? At the other end of the spectrum, I'm pretty sure I hold the Zwift record for the most races finishing dead last! We also have several riders with more than 1,000 races to their credit.
Cruzbike has been a consistent presence in Zwift's popular Thursday Team Time Trial (TTT) event. WTRL has organized hundreds of weekly races, and Cruzbike began participating around TTT #9 and has continued ever since. Several members have completed hundreds of Cruzbike TTT races, including Connie, who has more than 375.
We also publish a weekly Cruzbike Chicks race report, a tradition approaching ten years. Currently, those reports can be found on the Herd Racing team board.
Our involvement has extended beyond racing. Cruzbike has worked with Zwift's James Bailey and sponsored a Cruzbike Chase Race between some WTRL Zwift Racing League Seasons.
Cruzbike remains active in the Zwift Racing League (ZRL) and TTT. If we could ask for one improvement, it would be to add team split times at the course banners during the Thursday Team Time Trials, showing each team's time as it passes each banner. This would provide useful, real-time feedback much like split timing does in outdoor racing.
