Somewhere around 32~35 can fit. Depends. Tire width is about as vague as shoe sizes. Also depends in the rim width. But you might prefere more clearance between tire and frame or be okay with less. And theres a few mm difference between front and rear.
Comes with 28.

I am running 32mm Schwalbe Pro Ones on rims with 25mm internal width (pretty wide). I like 'em a lot. There is room to go up to 35mm in the front, but that could be a little tight in the back. I have about a 2mm gap between the tire and the two brake bridges, which is enough, but I wouldn't want to get any closer. Those wanting a little more comfort on their V20c could do a 35mm up front and a 32mm in the back.

Hi
Do you know if it's possible to install a 650b (27.5") front wheel to fit a larger tire?
You can definitely install a 650b both front and rear on the V20c. I don’t have them on now but have used 650b with 38mm tires in the past. Could probably go larger but I like the 38mm size as the best compromise between comfort and low rolling resistance/speed.

I am assuming you are using disc brakes, so if that is correct then yes you can. On rim brake it might be possible if what I heard about "long throw" rim brake calipers is correct. Check first though.

With that said, my Mavic rims are 25.3mm wide and I have run a 32mm Conti GP5000TR on the front, but a 25mm GP5000TL is the widest tire I can run on the rear with 700c wheels.
