I'll show you close-up photos, since we all know what the thing looks like from a distance. Below this, some comments and thoughts.

I have Kelvin's bag on the back (be sure to loop the handle over the seat, or it will drag against the tires. I bought a hip red and black chain, which they say won't stretch as much. I love disc brakes, love them.

Here's my biggest comparison to the 1.5: The recline is greater, which means that the front wheel is far more likely to spin on the uphills, which means I have to throw my weight forward (sitting up). Of course, it's a bigger situp than the 1.5. and more often.

But, even on rubbery legs the first day out, the bike is clearly faster, more connected to the rider and a much more elegant thing to ride. I need to be sure I put the miles on to get comfortable with it, but I think the upgrade was a good choice.

And Nanda did a fabulous job of working with me and building it from thousands of miles away!

Looks great!

Yes, Nanda IS the man and I hope he stays engaged with the Cruzbike format now that he has made the business decision to focus more on trikes.

Love the look

You can always spot a bar tape job done by a pro; I do love the look of the SRAM RED class chain rings little extra weight for the solid center but they look so nice on the bike. Good to know that the 11x2 fits in the fork our 10x2 are tight so I was wondering.

We'll be waiting on ride reports.
