My Ever-Evolving V20 Seat

I got my V20 in August and rode it the first 2,000 miles with the seat at the stock angle. I added a custom neck rest to prop my head up a little. As it got colder, I thought I'd experiment with seat angle and try to sit up a bit. Last winter I rode a MetaBike and found riding in anything under about 40°F at a very low seat angle to be very unpleasant.
Inspired by the seat wedge that's available for the S40, I started prototyping versions of my own. I used the pink foam project panels you can get at the hardware store for about $5 each.
After a couple of variations, I ended up with what I think is a very nicely shaped seat. Effective body angle is about 31° with the kick up beginning at the mid-torso. The foam is stiff enough to hold up during power efforts but damps vibration and makes bad pavement much more tolerable. And it let's me ride with my head up, not on a neck rest, which is my preference.
I also added an extension to the front of the seat so that I sit more "in" it rather than "on" it. The overall shape is similar to the VK seat on my Meta, which I liked very much.

The wedge is supported from behind by the structure that holds the bag. It's two pieces of flat aluminum bolted to the seat. They sandwich the seat, one under and wedged between the seat and frame, one above and bolted through. They're curved and bolted together behind the bag and work in tension to stay pretty strong.
The wedge is removable. I epoxied anchors like you would use in drywall into the foam and it is secured by two screws from underneath, which are just behind the frame "wings" and two through the aluminum bag frame.
