For what it's worth, a long time ago I estimated my CdA using both BestBikeSplit and GoldenCheetah. For my mostly stock S30, BBS gave me about 0.24, and IIRC GoldenCheetah gave me about 0.23. With GoldenCheetah I went on several loops around a flat industrial block at night (little to no wind), no braking, so it might be a bit more accurate. For BBS I used a real ride (a Gran Fondo) with me carrying a bit more stuff, so I guess they're both fairly accurate (and GoldenCheetah is free).
