The NSG recumbent category featured only six participants. Four of the six were CB V20’s of both versions. It was a well run event and look forward to participating in 2027 in Tulsa.
On personal level, I placed second twice. In the 5K I went out too fast and heart rate went off the charts. The 10K felt much better but still #2.
The Gainesville, Florida time trials were last month. The event is held on awesome oval track at the Gainesville Racetrack. It’s both smooth and fast. I turned in a 16:15 10K and very pleased with that time. The Florida state games are in December and my goal will be to go 15 something in 10K.
