Well, Cruzbike have deemed anyone unworthy of information, who values their privacy and security too highly to subscribe to random newsletters…

There is no copyright on factual information. We could legally retell everything that's in the newsletters (but that's effort) and posts the URLs of unlisted videos. Not sure, if any rules / terms and conditions of this forum, the newsletter or YouTube could forbid that. We legally can't directly post the contents, though.

And well: If Cruzbike really does want to keep it secret, I'll somewhat respect it and I'll stay quiet. But if actually they want everything to be leaked, I really don't respect that and I'll stay quiet as well.

I am going to forget about Cruzbikes for two weeks. Will be back on the 17th.

Naturally I haven't read any terms and conditions, that might have been there. XD Something like an NDA would be needed to protect the information within. The exact texts and pictures are already covered by copyright. ;-)
