I legitimately bought my S40 in 2022 direct from Cruz bikes and looking to sell. However, I am concerned based on the threads below concerning scammers. Why not post on eBay where there is some form of protection provided? Just curious.

I'm selling because I am almost 70 and have experienced several injuries over the several past years, none of which were S40 related! I have recently purchased a Terratrike and am loving it. My S40 is in very good shape with minor scratches and is fully operational. You will receive with the bike the performance headrest as well as a pannier rack still in its original packaging, bottle holders and flag bracket.

I am asking $1750 plus shipping. Thanks for your consideration.

Most of the scammes are people trying to sell fake Cruzbikes. As long as you are willing to talk to someone on the phone at some point and provide more pics upon request you should not have any issue selling it.
Just request full payment before selling.
Are you willing to dissassemble and pack if the buyer pays shipping?
Do you have the original S40 box to pack it in?

I can’t tell by the picture are the axles quick release or through axles ?
