You guys really suck. Here I am, trying to buy a new house, fixing up the old one to sell...preparing to renovate/update the new digs, pouring my money into a hole in the ground...

LOL. :roll: I suspect I would not survive that option at the moment, John. I already get a good bit of grief for spending too much time on "hobbies" and not enough time on the "honey-do" list.

I may not "need" a Silvio...but I sure want one!
