My final settings (for the moment) ...
Extra thick seat foam as above (with original removed it fits in the cover), with seat base about midway and with extra holes drilled to flatten the seat out and seat back 540mm from steering yoke to rubber lip on top of the seat (don't know the degree)
This seems to be working the best ... got about an hour before rear starts going numb, last ride from Hutton St & Freeway Osborne Park through Subiaco up past government house (Freeway) around the river under Windan bridge walk across the foot bridge Claise Brook Inlet (just enough to bring feeling back to rear end) along the river under causeway, riverside drive back over government house footpath ... home 2hrs 20mins not to bad for me, not into fast speed just the exercise within my heart rate range, this may become my weekend ride
