Having fun with my new V20c build, thanks for the frameset all your advice @LarryOz!

The build is still evolving, but as of today:
V20c Gen2 frameset
Cruzbike Race Cage (and it really is lighter and more roomy than my old plastic Race Case!)
Sram Red AXS XPLR 1x12 groupset (D1 Version)
Garbaruk 10-44T cassette
Alugear 44T (orange) and 46T (black) chainrings (only one on the bike at a time, using the black mostly)
Giant SLR1 50 Disc wheelset (Zipp NSW 858's on the way)
Continental GP5000 S TR tubeless tires
I'm also going to try a carbon bar

Nice looking bike David. Cant wait to see it with the 858s on it. I'm Jelly of that Garbaruk 10-44t cassette lol.

Garbaruk is installed and 100g lighter than the Sram XPLR cassette. Also put a 46t Alugear chainring. I'll swap to the 44t if I'm riding more elevation.

Waiting on the Zipp NSW 858's and Woodchipper carbon bars.
Getting a curved slider in a few weeks.

Weighs 26.6 pounds as pictured with pedals and race cage. Not as light as a full carbon recumbent but I’m happy!

Final build for now. Things I didn't mention in the video, thanks Larry Oslund (https://cruzbikemuseum...) for all the advice and the great service! Thanks to Duncan at https://trihardsportsm... (very good local shop on the MS gulf coast) for the great deal on the Continental GP5000 S TR tires and tubeless sealant. Duncan also let me use his bottom bracket tool and helped me avoid cross threading it. I use Zefal Spy Mirrors, I never ride without mirrors as they are critical to see cars approaching from behind. I modified a helmet light mount to go on the Race Cage. The Race Cage has bolt holes on its frame, but you have to make the holes in the outer cloth cover. The cover doesn't have holes because some riders don't want them in it. To make the holes I used a soldering iron which "cauterizes" the cloth to avoid it fraying (thanks for that recommendation Larry Oslund).

This bike looks great. One unappreciated characteristic of the fabric race case versus the old glossy carbon fiber and plastic extruded versions are that the roughness of the surface of the cloth promote attachment of the choppy wake behind the rider. So in addition to the bag shape filling the pressure wake, the bag material promotes reducing that wake further. All it needs are sharper flow exits (not rounded) at the back. You see these sharp exits on all high mileage cars.
