How neat! I can see someone like Red Bull marketing something like that. The bars around here would go crazy. "Frozen Bull Balls" in your Jägermeister...gaaack! 
Of course, they probably can be launched out of an appropriately sized musket. Would be interesting to see a peloton go thru the hydration stop!
