Anyone have the newer s30 or a v20 they want to let go of?
There are not really any newer S30 -the newests one are 6+ years old - not thru hub axles.
Newest V20 is about 2 years old.
What is your price range and where are you located?

Yeah, the newer s30 I was referring to are the ones without the front suspension. I should have clarified that any v20 from right after the yellow and chrome versions were the models I was referring to. Was thinking anywhere between $1-2k. I know that's not much for a v20, as new as possible, but somewhat plausible for an s30. Houston, Tx!

Just to set your expectations, last year I bought a new old stock S30 frame that had never been built. It was literally in mint condition. It cost me $3200 plus shipping. The price premium is because there were only 100 of these S30s made - the ones without front suspension. They are affectionately referred to on the forums as "unicorns". It's unlikely (although not impossible) that you will find one of these for $1k-$2k.

You will have more luck finding a V20 frameset of the vintage you mention in that price range. In fact one just came up on the marketplace thread. Set your notifications so that you get an email when new items pop up there.

I have one of the last S30 sold, and am planning to put in on the market imminently. It is in excellent condition and ready to ride. If you are interested, give me a holler for details.
