I'm interested in buying the slightly longer 21.5" chainstay for V20 (not V20c). I'm in Europe (Norway).

I can probably get you one from Cruzbike stock. @Robert Holler can confirm that the current chainstays for the S40 are the same ones we used for the V20 and area still aviailable. Hopefully he can confirm what lengths are also available.
Assuming you would like it now, and not when I see you for Sweden N-S in early July?

I also sent an email to Cruzbike about this. Yes, I would like one now. I wouldn't want to do a 2000 km ride on an unfamiliar bike fit

That's correct.
I got a quote from Cruzbike. $220 for the chainstay plus $75 for shipping. When I add my 25% VAT, that does get a bit expensive.
I don't suppose you have any S40 chainstays at a lower price?
