Contact Cruzbike via e-mail and ask if they have what you need. Over the years I have purchased an entire V20 boom assembly to put on my V2 (which is the current S40 design), derailleur dropouts, a new headrest bar, replacement headrest pads, and, when I decided to move to the shorter chainstays for all three of my CBs, what arrived was of the current S40 clamp style, to which I said, "oh, sweet!" I imagine they have all three chainstay lengths on hand. They may well have extra boom clamps, and one might be able to put together the current S40 front end. Cruzbike support has been great.

Hi Craig,

Thanks for info there.

I'm working on on Emeljay mod idea, but with a 38 mm slider that goes over the lower T50 boom. So a 1 1/8 stem clamp and 38mm (1.5 inch) clamp is where I'm headed. I've got one halfway fashioned already using 1.5 inch rollbar light clamps. But thought I would check.

I've decided I like the regular dropouts that are only on the T50 fork now.

My Silvio S30 has a Bottom Bracket boom of 40.9mm OD, 2.43 mm wall, and the Handle bar Slider Boom 44.2 mm OD, 1.76 mm wall.

Is the S40 booms the same dimensions?
