Oysmetric chainring

I have had Rotor Q rings on three bikes, anybody tried the Oysmetric chairing?
I have not but have a friend that rides one of those "old fashioned bikes" that rides them and loves them.
I have read that they are a really pain to set up with certain FD's however.
Having read up on them, I imaging that they are giving basically the same advantage as the Q-rings - as they are also elliptical and pretty much talk about the same benefits.

I was going to put q rings on my new V20, but love to try new stuff. I know they used to drop chains and shift bad, but they have improved the ramping design to fix that.
