Power meter

It looks like you're using the Garmin app to view input from a single sided power meter (probably a pedal). The numbers look reasonable, except maybe your FTP setting is probably too high (unless you're category 1 or 2 cyclist, Mathieu van Der Poel's is 485)
As for the cycling dynamics like torque and smoothness, here's a helpful article:
I personally don't look much at that, but I do like to follow my current power (while riding), average power, and max average power over 20 minutes.
