I received my thru-axle mounted kickstand:

It works GREAT!

You need a SteerStopper to work with it:

It works better than the stock kickstand as it's adjustable, where the stock stand is not and it caused the bike to lean too much making it difficult to find good ground to hold it up. It was $50, which is a bit steep. I did see one on Amazon for a lot cheaper but I can't vouch for the quality.
Did you have to get a longer thru axle because this takes up additional space?

It worked great until the top of the kickstand bent and made it unusable. The shop where I bought it said the recognized that it couldn't hold much weight. I didn't even put any real pressure on it. They refunded the price. I ordered another brand on AliExpress. Give it one more try. The concept is perfect. Just need a quality kickstand.

Is this for the 1 1/8 steer stopper or the 1 1/4? I'm trying to figure out it it goes over the fork tube, like a headset spacer, or over the spacer

Sorry but I don't understand your question. The kick stand has nothing to do with the steer stopper. The kick stand attaches to the rear thru-axle. The SteerStopper attaches to the steerer tube and takes the place of a headset spacer (10 mm). It does not go over a spacer. It replaces the spacer.

So still experiencing rear derailleur shifting issues?
I gave up on the SRAM Eagle derailleur and switched back to Shimano Ultegra 2x11 DI2. The rear derailliur is working fine but the front is not. The FD stalk has the derailleur offset toward the frame so that I can't adjust it enough to keep the chain from rubbing when in the big chainring. Also, I have small chainrings and the stalk is too long so the FD cage cannot be located to the Shimano spec of 1-3 mm from the large chainring. It's more like 14 mm away. When shifting from the small ring to the large one, the chain slips around and often jumps off the ring and on the crank/pedal or it goes the other way and I have to get off the bike and reset the chain.. I'm about as frustrated about the Q45 as I could be. I can't seem to make a drive train work on it. I love everything else about the bike. I may look for a bike shop that does Rohloff speed hub conversions, since nothing else seems to work.

I am sorry to hear this. Very baffling and frustrating. I am wondering, at the beginning of the thread, you stated you used Rival derailleur. I have Eagle GX AXS derailleur and 10/52 cassette on my Q45 and it works fine. I don't know if that would make a difference or if you want me to take a picture for you.

Also important is to check the offset of the spindle - if there are spacers between the rings and the BB bearing cup on the drive side - and minimize those for a good chainlink. The FD stalk is loner than a standard upright bike braze-on (it is actually an off the shelf piece we had extended) but its height is indeed taller for the more 50/39 sizing but not much smaller (in a double - as that is largely the predominant ring combo for doubles when that batch was made. Now there are these teeny spool size doubles and fitting a FD is a challenge on any bike not fresh off the line with new dimensions...

I had that problem on my V20 and S40. The only way I got it to work is to swap out the 50t with 52t ring. So now I have 52/34 and it's fine.

I've heard others say they were able to make it work on their Q45. Believe me when I say that I tried everything and I always wound up with the same problem. In the low gears, the chain was too far toward the higher gears. In the higher gears, the chain was too far toward the lower gears. There was no way to adjust out the offset as it needed to be opposite for the lower and higher gears, but there's only one adjustment to align the chain. I went though the warranty replacement twice and I purchased a third derailleur on Amazon. They all did the same thing, so it's not the derailleur. It's the bike. I did play around with shims on the bottom bracket. It did nothing. I spent many months on the problem. I had to give up. Now I have a different set of problems with the Shimano Ultegra 1x11 DI2 drive train. I absolutely love the bike if I could just get a drive train (any drivetrain) to work. I have one possible solution for the Shimano issue but I'm waiting for an adaptor to arrive. If that works, I'm set. If not, I don't know what to do. We'll see.

I did add and remove spacers but it didn't make any difference.

Not an option for me. I need the lower gears as I will be using this for a very long tour next year and I will be carrying a very heavy load on very hilly terrain. I have 46x30 tooth chain rings. I also have the short cranks (145 mm), which requires smaller chain rings.

I thought looking at picture might help with the Sram 12 speed install.
I installed it many months ago. I didn't have any trouble with installation. It's obvious. I have trouble with the operation. The RD cannot properly reach either the lowest gear or the highest gear, depending on the adjustment setting. I tried everything including replacing it with 2 other derailleurs. Nothing worked. It's like the cassette has the wrong spacing. It's too wide for the derailleur, but it's the Eagle GX cassette so it's not wrong.
