Q45 carbon wheelset and cassette upgrades

Hi all,

Looking to upgrade my wheelset and have these picked out:

I can't figure out what the stock microshift cassette style is, XD or not. So, I don't know which option to choose for the freehub in the wheelset.

I'd actually prefer to go with this 12 speed cassette:

The Q45 specs page says that the bike can't accommodate a cassette this big as seen here:

I don't know enough about bikes to know if I can discard this guidance. Can you guys let me know what you think?

I think that comment is for the derailleur it comes with. My Q45 has 12 speed Sram 10/52 cassette with Sram Eagle AXS derailleur.

Well-Known Member
The standard derailleur will only go to 42 teeth and is 11 speed. To use a 10-52 you need to get a long cage derailleur like Scram NX or GX mountain bike derailleur and get a 12 speed shifter. To use cassette with 10 teeth you need to use a scram XDR driver on the wheels.
