Q45 discomfort?

At Ratz suggestion here’s a few pics of me sitting on the bike. The seat just feels too short and is uncomfortable in the upper back.

A couple of questions:

1) Is the bottom seat plate mounted all the way back?
2) Are you on the stock pad or ventisit?

My initial thought is that the seat is too reclined until you have ridden and built the muscles, and the entire boom is too far back.
But that model Q45 has a boom I've not used on that model. Those with one should comment.

This is what 6'2" looks like on the previous version. Notice the shoulders rolling forward

Seat pan is in fact forward. I’m not sure about building the muscles as I’ve ridden a Bachetta Strada for 20 years, but Cruzbike is different. Stock pad. Could go for a bit less recline.

yeah bring it backward and make it more upright. it is designed for a 45-50 degree recline. A strada isnt going to have given you the same arm and shoulder muscles. water skiing and rowing are the comparables
