Is there any reason why these kinds of shifters are not able to be installed on a Q45 handlebar?

I got a current generation Q45 and can see the shifters that came with it are MTB style. Hoping to upgrade to the above groupset and wondered if there are any constraints such these kinds of shifters perhaps not installing well on the Q45 handlebars due to incompatible angles of the way they attach or any other reason.

Those would work best if you change your handlebar to flared dropbars like these:

The flare helps to avoid hitting your knees when shifting gears.

440mm or 460 would work.
