Q45 - this year's model for sale - loaded - PRICE DROP

I bought a Q45 this spring with two panniers.
After 250 miles, I've figured it out, though I have health issues that have interrupted my riding.

I purchased new at retail prices.
It's in like-new condition.

I'm looking for input on sale price (or offers) and packing and shipping.

It really depends on how quick you want to sell it. I would suggest starting at about $700 under what you paid for it.
The buyer will usually pay for packing and shipping. REI stores do a pretty good job of packing for about $50 or so.
Bike Flights is usually the cheapest way to ship a bike - You can get a quote based on the weight and address to ship to

@Gofer , the bike includes the pannier rack and two Cruzbike Panniers, a water bottle holder, and if you wish, the rear-view mirror and Bontrager odometer/speedometer. I found a local bike shop (Scheels) that will box it for shipping. I'll check on shipping. The pricing principals laid out by @LarryOz seem fair to me. In the end, I'd like us both to be happy with the deal. I'll tally up the prices.

I'll calculate the price based on @LarryOz's recommendations.
I'll take it to Scheels and assure that they can box it, get the box dimensions and expected weight, and then get a shipping quote.
I should be able to do that tomorrow.

Sorry for the delay, @Pauly, I need to figure out notifications. It's in western Wisconsin (Eau Claire).
The price includes shipping in the continental US (a little over $200)
