Quest Video - 30 mi ride on Skidaway Island, GA

I had major lumbar spinal fusion surgery in May. I was back on the Quest in 3 weeks. I hope to do my 1st century in November on my 64th birthday. The Quest has given me a new lease on my riding life. Caution; the video is 7 minutes long. Didn't see any gators today - maybe tomorrow.

Nice video! Beautiful place

Nice video! Beautiful place to ride, great bike and some nice back ground music... so peaceful. I wish I could be there! The quest looks like it rides so smooth maybe becuase of the eliptical rings. How fast is it? Average speed on a flat on a good day?
