Questions about upgrading S30 to disc brakes

On my Vendetta, I have SRAM Red hydraulics. Probably same fitting.
Front: 180 mm rotor paired with 40 mm IS adapter.
Rear: 140 mm rotor paired with 0 mm IS adapter.

Thanks Mathew! It makes me feel a bit less anxious about the switch. I vaguely remember seeing those adapters somewhere. Where did you get yours from?

I don't recall, probably Amazon.
I'd try my Local Bike Shop first, if one was nearby.
