QX100-2016 Charleston SC, $750 (new member!)

Hi my father recently passed and Iʻm selling his two cruz bikes. He had a QX100 bought in 2016 which he rarely used. Iʻm located just north of Charleston SC in Mt Pleasant and I have a truck so I can deliver if youʻre close.

The bike needs a good tune up and probably new tires since its been sitting in the garage for years.
Note he also has a T50e (bought in spring 2021) that he finally assembled but barely used due to health issues (listed for sale in a different post for $1k)

Update - Charleston is a great place to visit if you're out of the area so I don't plan on shipping the bike. Thanks!

Hi StacyAsc,
I'm really sorry to hear about your father.

I'm interested in the bike. I'm trying to get off of a road / gravel bike (that seat....) and have been really taken by the Cruzbike design. I'm up in the Upstate area, but was just down in the Charleston area over the weekend. I'm not sure how fast you need to move on the bike, but if we could find a time / way for me to take a look at it, I'd be interested in it. I've never ridden a recumbent, so I'm at least a little concerned about the learning curve.

How soon do you need to offload the bike?

Excellent! When is your next trip to Charleston or let me check my schedule and I might be able to meet you half way. As for time period - it has a nice spot in the garage and I havenʻt gotten to that area to purge so no rush.

If you were willing to meet somewhere in Columbia, that would be perfect. I'm pretty available over the next three weeks to meet there; I didn't correctly have a trip down to Charleston planned, and finding a day I could go that far would be a little tricky.

Weekends could work, or Monday 6 July, or 13-15 July.

Any of that work for you?

Columbia works fine. I need to verify a couple of family appts for date. Probably next week but let me check.
