Hey all, thought I would share a few thoughts after recovering from the 2025 RAGBRAI event. It was one for the ages for sure and a real great time. We had a good 27 Cruzbikers at least as there were many that were part of the regular ride that I saw on the road and various Cruzbikes parked in the different towns on occasion but I didn't get a chance to meet everyone.
The ride was HOT and headwinds were always-on. But we all persisted and had an absolute blast. Experienced some epic thunder and rain but luckily most of the ride was either hot overcast or hot blazing sun - but at least not drenching rain during the days.
More to follow as I try to get all my photos and video edited and fixed. A lot to go through!
My weapon of choice was a bone stock Q45 and I think it was the near perfect choice for the relaxed pace I wanted to go to have the full experience.
