S40 Enroute: Did I choose right?

I have a 11-42 cassette and use a wolf tooth to lengthen the RD. It works well. I need low gears for touring. I have 50/34 chainrings. Will probably go with a 46 chainring and 10-52 1X12 SRAM.

Edit: That will probably be a 50t chainring.
