There are small scrapes on the chain stays. The picture highlights them. Appear to be cosmetic only. If not satisfied with the bike, it may be returned at buyers expense

I’m sorry but I don’t know the year of the bike. The price is $2400. There are scuff marks on the chain stays. They are very small and cosmetic only.
