S40 or any Cruzbike with disc brakes on a Neo

Hi all, has anyone had issues getting their S40 on a Neo Tacx trainer? It looks like my disc brake won’t allow me to fit it into the trainer because the disc brake hits the body of the trainer.
Any suggestions? Do I need to take the disc brake mount off?
I must be doing something wrong but I can’t figure out what.

Hi Suz

You need to take the disk brake mount off. I had the same issue when fitting my S40 to a Neo. You get the same thing with a V20 as well.

don't remove the caliper from the brake adapter, remove the adapter from the frame with the caliper still attached. This will prevent you from needing to adjust the caliper to the rotor when you put in back on.
