Seasucker bike racks?

Anybody try any of the Seasucker bike rack models for their Cruzbike?

I'm curious if these work and in particular would work with different Cruzbike models without jettisoning your bike off the car without warning...

I particularly like this one where they temporarily un-strapped the rear wheel to access the boot (trunk). You can see the rear wheel sucker and strap just under the left pedal:

I ordered a Talon to try with

I ordered a Talon to try with my Honda CR-Z and Chevy Equinox.

I am going to try using it to take my old mountain bike with me on a 1123 mile (1807 km) trip down to Texas this month and then back for a total of 2246 miles (3614 km).

I'll post a follow-up with a trip report on how the rack performs.

Anybody hauled a Vendetta on a roof rack? That Cruzbike seat may pose some aerodynamic challenges.

My CR-Z should look a bit like this except my rear hatch does not slope as much as this Z:

Amazingly easy to use and

Amazingly easy to use and worked like a champ. Hauled my bike about 2,340 miles without any problems. The trip included high winds, rain, and a mix of the two along with some sunny days - no problems whatsoever.

Got a lot of bug splats on the way down, got the rain on the last part of the return which apparently served well to remove almost all of the bug splats.
