Seat Braket

I had the opportunity to see a free rider V1 the other day and I noticed that the bolts that hold the seat bracket on go through the bracket and through the frame onto the other side.

On the V2 that I have, the same bracket is held on by two bolts that simply screw into the frame. Is this a design choice or am I putting the seat bracket on wrong?

Sean,
We changed the way the frame was welded around the bolt hole so the big through bolts were not needed.
