Wanted to give a shoutout to Cruzbike. I am a new Q45 owner that has a bike with a faulty back brake. Not CB's fault, I think it was defective from the start. Without specifics, CB has taken care of the problem for me and I am grateful for their customer support. I love my new Q and knowing that the company stands behind their bikes makes it even better.
