I would like to thank Ratz for selling me his Silvio. In my opinion he went over and above what he had to do packing and shipping it and also included some goodies and instructions, and gave helpful instructions in putting my bike back together after it got here. I learned about Cruzbike from Joe Weissert who helped me find Ratz's Silvio. Joe helped me with the fine tune adjustments this past weekend. I have been doing the drills that Ratz suggested and have been going around a small subdivision. Still a lot shaky but feeling better each time. Thanks for a great forum, I've learned a lot.
