HI there,
I just ordered a new silvio today. It should be arriving in a week or so and then comes the fun of building it up. After that I hope to take advantage of our Canadian winter weather (I live in London Ontario which is 2 hours east of Detroit) and begin to built up my bent legs using a trainer. Come the spring then I will have the joy of working on my balance and coordination. Last time I rode a bent (only for a block or two) I felt like a complete uncoordinated spaz. I thought I could just jump on it and away I would go - no such luck. Having read so many posts on this site I know that I have a steep learning curve to to overcome with but will deal with that in the spring.
So I am looking for suggestions as to which trainers (not super expensive ones) are compatible with the Silvio.
Thanks for any and ll suggestions.
