Not Australia or New Zealand as the mirror is on left hand side of the handlebars.
BTW Does anyone else think that the bars are tilted a long way back? The tips of the brifter levers seem to be almost higher than their pivots. :?

Yes, Fishers, IN, close to Indianapolis. The bars are adjusted back a bit far. That's what worked best for me. Hate to part with it but unrelated injuries make my use of it extremely difficult. Fun while it lasted.
