Need to go get a new chain tomorrow and a new front derail as the original bracket is too small to fit around the tube (more money, wife ain't gonna be happy, oh well).

Question? There is a tapped hole in the front bracket triangle right around where you could hang the derailer, is that what it's for? If it is, anyone know what it's tapped for so I don't have to experiment?

Its tapped M10x1.0 for a rear

Its tapped M10x1.0 for a rear derailleur. Try screwing one in. :)

. You can't really tell from the pic, but it's blue metal flake. I've wanted a blue metal flake bike since I was a little kid. Seems I always ended up with green or red bikes, hah.

The derailer I have is one that goes over the axel, so I didn't have one to try, but at least I figured right, it was for a derailer, lolol.
