It’s a Zefal rack on. Max load is 5 kg. Robb who I bought the bike from used it to carry rain gear
It looks very well made but I took it off to transport the bike and haven’t reinstalled and used it yet. Let me know if you have more questions. Happy Cruzing! Karen
