This summer I bought a used S30 that came with this seat, and have since discovered that I'm a bit taller than the previous owner and need a longer seat. I'm 6ft 1" and this hits me a just bit low in the upper back, so I'm guessing you should be shorter. I can measure, measure for you so that you will be happy with this seat. It's about 10.5 inches wide, and about 23: from the curve of the butt to the tip of the back.
Mileage, I believe it has about 800+ miles on it, (700+ from the previous owner and maybe 100 on it from me tooling around the neighborhood getting used to the bike.) There are two sets of holes for mounting, I have it on the set with the more relaxed position as I'm working on getting as much speed out of the bike as possible. It comes with a set of springs, and the bolts and the mounting pads for the back mount and the head rest.
New: seat $295,
pad $110
head rest $60
Springs: $25
A $490 value for $300 OBO.
