I just installed the Sturmey Archer CS-RF3 3 speed cassette hub with a 9 speed cassette. I was considering the SRAM DualDrive but the Sturmey is a lot less money and I prefer the trigger over the twist shifters. This hub did add a little weight but I think being able to shift when stopped has it's advantage. Only been a few miles but good so far.
