Good luck doing this climb or descent on your fat tired S40.
1. Other than Why...
2. Is that a video with you piloting?
3. Do you have a picture of the bike? Before and after?
4. Were the pauses and skips where flats were repaired, broken/taco'd wheels replaced, or air ambulance attendance?

You were lucky. I ride a 'bent because that sort of thing is less likely.RojoRacing said:No injuries on my end

I did use my $300 alloy gravel wheels and 35mm tires
Cheater! That's basically a cyclocross bike you were riding I've also been riding on 35mm tires on local XC courses - something I would not dream doing on a road bike even with 28mm tires... but a mountain trail is something special indeed. I hope you had some nice bar padding .
And yea, any bent short of full fat-tire bent and/or LWB like Kodiak will be massively inferior to any 'upright' bike. When conditions are loose and there is limited traction, you MUST keep you balance by skilful 'body english' or go down instantly.
