thor seat order response times

I filled out an order for a Thor seat on Thursday, have not heard back from them (him?) yet. Not in a hurry to get it, so I want to wait an appropriate amount of time before pestering to make sure they got the order and can move ahead with getting the $ from me.

Is the response time from them usually pretty good?

order to delivery time was a few weeks and general response time to questions was within days if not the next day since we're 9 hours apart but you may have just caught him going into the weekend. Several of us talk with Greg via message from time to time about projects and last we spoke was 10 days ago with an update on a project so he's most definitely still around just probably busy with the hangs on side of things.

Response was 1-2 days for me. Got my seat and pad in 2 weeks.

Response time was good when I ordered mine. My e-mail provider rejected emails from thorseat.eu before they ever got to me, so Greg had to use his gmail account for our correspondence. You might check your spam folder, just in case.

That was it! Greg replied Friday morning, but it got put in spam. (hotmail)

Mine took three weeks. You will get a polish tracking number and one for your home country. Don’t be alarmed if it seems hung up in“Wysłano z Polski” for a few days.

I sent him private messages from here and got the seat around ten days (the waiting time depends on availability).

Order to delivery was 4 weeks. Beautiful product, excellent quality. I don't use it (sold that other bent)

Order to delivery for me was 6 weeks, but was over the X-mas holiday last year. Communication with Greg was great, next day mostly.
