Tobin Mini-Pannier - attach to rear of headrest?

I saw the new mini-pannier in the email blast sent out by Cruzbike. It looks as though it could attach to the rear of the headrest between the velcro of the standard headrest. If/once I get one to try it I'll post pictures. If you look at the below product pictures it appears as though the clips should be able to go one for each side headrest tube.

That would be pretty neat. I would love to see this work!

Be careful not to overload the neckrest. Best use with a rack if you plan to load it up with more than a couple kg.
