Touch-up paint -- already

I hate stone chips! And cable rubs! I have tried to find the appropriate green and silver nail polish to do touchups but it is not as easy as finding the red to match my Tour Easy and Rans red bikes. Lot of reds. Not so many greens and silvers.

Any other ideas for touchup paint?
