I train in the Arizona mountains.

This year I'm close to half-a-million feet of climbing over 6,400 miles. Yet I find important limitations to training in the mountains.

In the last two entries to my blog (http://psychling1.blogspot.com/) I discuss these limitations and what I can do to address them.

Wow, Dan that's a LOT of cycling! Amazing. And the fact that it's in the mountains makes it even more so.

As I look at my ride data for the year (I'm around 1800 miles at present and a mere 43000 feet of climbing), I'll be happy if I make it to 2,000 miles for the year.

Thanks for sharing your blog.
