Trying to deal with Recumbutt on Silvio 1.5

I installed the 100 mm extension and removed 10 mm worth of spacer previously from the fork, got some new cables (will need one) and still waiting on chain (few more days from Niagra cycle works) , but definitely have a new look. I know that it will help with the recumbutt issue. thanks again for the help!

I got my chain today adding 200 mm and played for several hours with adjustments to the boom and slider taking test rides. I think that I am getting very close to the fit I was looking for, but I found that one of the slider handlebar mounting tabs was breaking and will need to be welded (second one). I ordered a 5Nm torque tool to prevent myself from doing this in the future. I have some excellent welders at work who don't mind helping out. Took a couple of pics before removing the slider with my last adjusted position that is very close to comfort and may be close or faster than my Corsa.

Thanks guys! This has been tough, trying to understand the fit and having several setbacks with three weld repairs, two components replaced, and a few cables. I am determined to make this work and hopefully have lots of fun riding somewhat fast.
Thought about the Vendetta frame after seeing the builds , but will see how this goes for a while.

This has been tough, trying to understand the fit
The fit is unique for the bike and rider, and I can relate to trying to understand the next step. The forum folks provided me with specific recommendations that helped me to dial in the optimum fit. My S30 handlebars were too high and getting the curved boom moved them lower. Flipping the bars upside down, per ReclinedRider, got the bars right where I want them. After about a thousand miles riding I am satisfied with the fit and it is fun riding; not necessarily fast by Cruzbike standards, but the ride feels dialed in with respect to my form and the S30 fit. I am ready to trim the excess cable length and wrap the bars for real. It's just that when I have to make the choice, ride or wrench, I tend to ride. Rain days are good wrench days.

it's been a wrenchy week in the Twin Cities
I've ridden 5 days since last Saturday. I got chased by rain yesterday and a couple days ago I was out north and the rain came into the south metro. I stayed north until the rain subsided and got my 45 miles in without getting wet. Now the lawn needs mowing.
It's great to see your evolution since just trying to balance on the slightly too small S2.1 in our basement this spring. I love the progress.
I remember sitting on the bike and wondering how it would all turn out. Silvio is a fun ride and I have learned way more about bikes in the past 3.5 months than in the past 16 years since I started riding recumbents. This morning's ride was sublime; 58F and sun. I hit 3,042 miles.

Update: I am still riding and relocated a block of original Corsa seat foam forward under the Ventisit, seems better. replaced a stainless washer with recommended brass washer under slider clamp (prevents slipping of the slider I think). I am getting avg. speeds around 17.4 on my 17 mile lunch route which is pretty decent and compares to my Corsa with HED 3's and rotor Q and many other features. I used to be faster when I was riding 200 -300 miles a week but for now this is good. I am not going to rule out another Silvio or Vendetta frameset in the future just yet.
