I see per another post the Silvio got new decals. Hopefully they do something similar with the V. When my new V frameset came in last week I immediately took it to a specialty shop for a change on all the decals and some trim paint.

I have been contemplating

I have been contemplating making a change to the color of my frame or to add some accent color.

I am running disc brakes and would really like to have a frame builder put in a cable stop on the rear left side of the frame for a more direct routing of my brake cable. This would also free up the existing right side stop for routing of my internal tail light wiring. Of course, work like this would require some paint work afterwords...might be a good chance to see what an entirely new color would cost.

I'll have to check with John or Doug to see whether the Cruzbike stops are available for purchase and if they have any precautions for what it is I want to do. My intent is to have this frameset for a long time so I want to get things done like this now rather than strip it down later to do it.

Hydroformed Stops or Not...

I got to thinking that the frame cable stops may actually be part of the hydroforming process so would have to go with a traditional stop of some type if I decided to to proceed with the project.
