I am the same height and oddly enough the 150 cranks feel great and don't weigh so much

I (and especially my knees), LOVE my 4 off 153 mm cranks modified by Bikesmith!!!

We are not bragging just amazed that we have to go with something shorter.

Inseam: 42.5 inches. Crank arms: 150 mm. I would not go longer. I think 145 mm or 140 mm would probably be even better for myself.
