Wanted - Small 6 bolt disc brake wheels for QX100

Anybody have these wanting a new home? I want to take my QX100 with me on vacation (see Ratz post-script) and small wheels would make that so much easier.

Feel free to make suggestions as I am not experienced at swapping wheel specifications. Ideally I would be able to swap back and forth with my 26" wheels when I am at home and take the small wheels with me when I go out of town.
