Where to place the seat mount?

I'll replace my steel Y frame for the V2K this weekend.
My only question is about the seat mount. It has 8 holes and the frame 2. Of course it is to position it in different distances.
Which holes in the mount should I use for the first setup?

Figure out which set of holes

Figure out which set of holes puts it in the same location it is on your steel bike, relative to the handlebars and start there.

Put it in the middle, if you

Put it in the middle, if you are middle sized, put it forward if you are shorter, back if you are taller, adjust from there.
