Which is better for gravel - A or Q?

Not sure how many folks have ridden both the A4x and Q45, but if you have I’m wondering if there is an advantage of one over the other for gravel riding.
Also, I'm sure there are plenty of posts here, but if you could share your thoughts on tires (brand and size, both what worked and what hasn’t) that would be appreciated too.

I recently bought a Q45 from CruzBike (it was a return). I find it great on gravel. My understanding is that the A4X suspension is heavier duty so would handle even rougher terrain.

I put Schwalbe Hurricanes 27.5 x 2.00 on my Q45. They roll well on pavement and have decent bite on loose dirt.

I put my Q45 back together and took it out on a tame unpaved trail (crushed stone) and was very happy with it. While riding I realized I had never ridden it unloaded on an unpaved surface, so I’m looking forward to more adventures in the future. I also explored an adjoining section of the trail that was a combination of grass, mud, and water. Had some difficulties but was able to ride most of it. Dabbed a few times (thank goodness for flat pedals) but overall I was happy with the bike on the mixed surfaces. I need to try getting some weight closer to the front tire to help with tire slip when riding on a loose surface over 4%.

I learned on the Q45 and now ride an A4x. Both handle gravel well. But I find the A4x to be a superior bike all around. Robert’s redesign of the shock placement for the new A4x makes a big difference in the ride feel -- less bouncing over bumps; more of a smoothing effect. Don’t get me wrong, I still love my Q45. I think of it like this -- the Q45 is a Honda and the A4x is an Acura. Same overall parts and functionality. Great build quality for both bikes. But the A4x components, gearing, and design details (shock placement, frame shape, adjustable seat pan placement, etc) are all a bit more refined and luxurious.
